Overview

The EH9711 series is a compact 11-port Layer2-managed switch, equipped with 8x Fast Ethernet ports and 3x Gbps SFP Fiber links. The series is designed for demanding power substation automation systems and is fully compliant with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards.

With IEEE1588v2 PTP and SyncE supported, the series can achieve μs-level accuracy and meet the strict time synchronization requirements in real-time applications. Self-healing ability for the network is provided with various types of ring protocols. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS Ring can even recover the network within 25 ms on full load of 250 devices.

Furthermore, this switch series’ IP30 metal enclosure, slim and flat shape and DIN rail mountable housing allows easy deployment in harsh environments. And being compliant with IEC62443-4-2 and IEC62443-4-1, it achieves both product security features and requirements for secure development life-cycle.

With these industrial-grade features, EH9711 switches are ideal to be positioned as a medium between the process level and bay level of substation networks.

Overview

ATOP’s EMG8608 IP67-rated Railway-compliant Ethernet switch is the best solution for providing high-speed Gigabit connectivity in bayside or carriage side Railway applications. Its rugged, aluminum enclosure can effectively protect the Switch core in any environment.

The 8-M12 Connectors Gigabit ports can supply up to 30W of PoE Power (802.3af or 802.3at) to your PoE device providing an overall maximum budget of 240W. This makes EMG8608 the ideal solution for on-board or off-board surveillance by simplifying the wiring where it’s difficult, risky and expensive to introduce new elements.

The embedded redundant-power supply input provides a reliable and failure-proof safety mechanism to minimize down-times. EMG8608 comes in either redundant Low-Voltage DC power input (12~57 VDC, 47~57 VDC for PoE models) or in redundant High-Voltage DC power input (50~145 VDC). Each power module, including a Relay-output alarm, uses a S-coding M12 connector that makes EMG8608 ideal and simple for engineers setting up a Fault-Alarm System.

Its IP67 housing protection, combined with a wide operating temperature of -40 to 75°C and wall mounting capacities make it suitable to most Railway applications in harsh environments or industrial filed applications.

Overview

The EHG9608 Series is a highly reliable Gigabit Managed Ethernet Switch. Its IEC61850-3 compliance allows it to be core part in the IEC 61850 network in power substations and control centers. The EHG9608 Series is designed to be used in core power utilities. It provides dual redundant power inputs with Reverse Polarity Protection and two sets of relay that allow the user build up a stand-alone fault alarm system. Its wide operating temperature of -40 to 85°C and DIN-Rail mounting capacities make it suitable to be used in remote substations where harsh environment and reliability is an issue.
